What is the Monthly Administration Charge?

When is it charged? 💡

• From the date you sign your ISA until your first full repayment is due (including the study period ).
• In any month where your income is below the Minimum Income Threshold, and you’re not making a full repayment.

How does it work?

• The charge is automatically deducted via direct debit
• It counts towards your total repayment cap, but doesn’t replace a full repayment (since that’s based on a percentage of your income).
• It’s a mandatory payment—missing it could put your agreement at risk.
