What are the proof of address requirements for Fixpay and Income Share Agreements?

For our instalment payment options, it really important that we can validate accurately your current address.

1. We require one of the documents from the following list

   ✅ A bank or credit card statement (original photo, or unedited PDF or paper copy)

   ✅ A utility bill (electricity, water, gas, mobile phone, or internet)

   ✅ A letter from a government institution (e.g. Tax Office, Social Security, etc.)

   ✅ A rental contract (showing you're currently living at the address)

   ✅ A Certificado de Empadronamiento (proof of residence from your town hall)

2. And the document must meet the following criteria

   ✔️ Show your current address (where you live now, and match your application address)

   ✔️ Have your name on it

   ✔️ Be dated within the last 3 months (with the date clearly visible) ✔️ Be an original photo from your smartphone OR an unedited PDF you have downloaded

   ❌ Not be the same document as your photo ID

   ❌ Not be edited in any way - we make checks to confirm this
